Indian school – Ibri

The School was founded in the year 1989. It is one of the oldest Indian Schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The school follows the CBSE curriculum. The medium of education is English, and the school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi India. It was started with 40 students and 4 teaching staff; but now bloomed into strength of almost a thousand students and 45 teaching staff. The school has been upgraded to Senior Secondary and it offers subjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Informatics Practices. Students are provided with state-of-the-art facilities for their holistic development. Students who have graduated from Indian School Ibri occupy eminent positions in different walks of life. The motto of the school is “Educate to Serve Humanity”. It has been imparting excellent education to the children of Indian diaspora and also to the children of other nationalities for decades.
