Envisioned by the Indian Community and established in 2010, Indian School Al Maabela (ISAM) is one of the best of its kind in Oman with a humble start with 506 students spreading over from KG to class V. Initially there were 24 teaching staff and 11 admin staff. Presently there are 175 staff members with 145 teaching staff and 30 admin staff including Omanis. ISAM offers the ideal atmosphere for the holistic development of about 3800 students of KG to Plus Two classes in the CBSE curriculum: Science & Commerce Streams (Science – Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, Computer Science) and (Commerce – Business Studies, Accountancy, Informatics Practices, and Economics). Ensconced on an extensive campus in the outskirts of the Muscat city and provided with the best infrastructure set on a sprawling campus about 6000 Square meters, ISAM is equipped with Multi-Purpose Hall, Multi-Purpose Court, Computer and Science labs, Library, Music Room, Activity Room etc. and assisted by a committed faculty.
